Lee Greenwald’s practice encompasses a variety of litigation interests including family law, criminal defense, personal injury, probate matters including guardianships and conservatorships, and estate planning. He regularly appears on behalf of clients in trial courts throughout Nebraska.
As an attorney with a background in business, Lee dedicates a significant portion of his practice to assisting clients with business planning and start-up formation, real estate transactions, estate planning and succession planning.
In addition to his private practice, Lee spends a great deal of time working to protect the youth of the community as an advocate in juvenile court, as a Guardian Ad Litem, and by implementing adoptions and guardianships to grant permanency for minor children.
Lee graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2008. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2012.
Lee is involved in the community and volunteers as a mock trial coach at Kearney Catholic High School and as a member of the Kearney Parks and Recreation Advisory Board.
