Nathan Husak’s legal practice covers a wide variety of areas, including criminal defense, family law, juvenile law, land and contract disputes, and personal injury. He also counsels clients in the areas of business planning and start-up formation, real estate transactions, and estate planning.
Nathan earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska in 2013. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2017, where he was the Chairman of the Nebraska Moot Court Board and graduated with a Certificate of Concentration in Litigation.
While in law school, Nathan was a member of Nebraska’s National Trial Team and a member of Nebraska’s National Moot Court Team. In addition, he won the Thomas S. Allen Moot Court Competition, arguing in front of a three-member panel of the Nebraska Supreme Court.
Nathan currently volunteers as a mock trial coach at Kearney Catholic High School.
