Employment
At Bruner Frank, we believe in nurturing the legal talent of tomorrow, and our clerkship program is designed to provide law students with invaluable hands-on employment experience, mentorship, and exposure to various practice areas that will prepare them for the world beyond law school.
Why Choose Our Summer Clerkship Program?
- Hands-On Experience: Our clerks are not fetching coffee or filing paperwork. From day one, we immerse our clerks in meaningful legal work alongside our experienced attorneys. Our clerks are given a wide variety of tasks including conducting legal research, sitting in on client meetings, reviewing evidence, eliciting testimony, observing trials, drafting closing arguments, assisting with appellate arguments, and more.
- Mentorship: We understand the importance of mentorship in a prospective attorney’s professional development. That’s why each clerk in our program is paired with a dedicated mentor—an experienced attorney who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the summer. Our mentors are committed to helping each clerk succeed and are there to answer questions, offer career advice, and help navigate the legal profession.
- Exposure to Practice Areas: The legal field is vast and diverse, and our clerkship program offers exposure to a wide range of practice areas from corporate law, family law litigation, contracts, criminal matters, and more. We are committed to offering our clerks the ability to gain exposure to areas of law that align with each of their interests and career goals.

How to Apply:
