About Nathan Husak
Nathan Husak is the Managing Partner at Bruner Frank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Midland University in Fremont, Nebraska in 2013. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2017, where he graduated with a Certificate of Concentration in Litigation.
Nathan Husak’s legal practice and experience covers a wide variety of areas, including Appellate Law, DUI Defense, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Construction Litigation, Land and Contract Disputes, and Personal Injury. He also counsels clients in the areas of Business Planning and Formation, Real Estate Transactions, and Contract Drafting.
Throughout his legal career, Nathan has spent a considerable amount time in the courtroom, securing numerous victories for his clients in county and district courts throughout Nebraska. In addition, he has also secured victories for his clients in front of the Nebraska Court of Appeals and the Nebraska Supreme Court. Nathan takes pride in advocating for his clients, for what is just under the law, and helping clients meet their wide array of goals.
When he is not working, Nathan enjoys volunteering and helping with various boards and groups. Nathan is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the University of Nebraska College of Law, a member of the Rural Practice Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association, and a member of the Advisory Board of Park & Recreation Commissioners for the City of Kearney. He is also a member of Leadership Kearney Class #30 and a member of the Kearney Young Professionals Network. For his commitment to the Kearney Area, the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce awarded Nathan the 2019 Young Professional of the Year Award.
