Collin Preece graduated from Utah Valley University with an Associates in Behavioral Science and a Bachelors in Sociology. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law. During his undergrad, Collin completed expert level certification in micro expression training with the Ekman Group and achieved premier distinction as a coach with the NSDA. While in law school, Collin competed in moot court and gained priceless insight into the criminal justice system as a clerk for the General Counsel of the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services.

Collin Grew up in a small town at the base of Mount Nebo in Utah. There, he was the captain of his local debate team and competed all over the nation in various speech arts. He moved to Kearney in 2023 with his family and looks forward to getting to know and serve clients in central and northern Nebraska.
