Luke Simpson’s practice consists of primarily transactional matters. He enjoys working with individuals to form and execute estate plans, working with families to probate the estates of loved ones, forming new business entities and advising business clients, and working with business and individuals to effect transactions. In addition to his practice in and around Kearney, Nebraska, Luke maintains office hours on Thursdays in Lexington, Nebraska.
Luke graduated from the University of Nebraska- Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and received his juris doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. He is a longtime resident of Kearney and lives there with his wife and two children.
Luke Simpson is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. He is currently serving as a member of the NSBA House of Delegates as a representative of the 9th Judicial District. He is a member of the Judicial Resources Committee, a past Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, and an ex-officio member of the Executive Council for the 2013-2014 term. In addition, Luke enjoys advising and helping local non-profits and philanthropic organizations.
